At Buccaneer Group, we use state-of-the-art industrial embroidery machines equipped with multiple heads, allowing us to embroider several garments at once. Our current production capacity is several hundred units per day, ensuring efficiency even for large orders.

The embroidery process begins with the creation of a DST file, a specialist digital file that tells the machine exactly how to stitch your logo or design — including stitch counts and thread colours. Once the file is prepared, the selected threads are loaded, and the garment is carefully secured in an industrial embroidery hoop to keep it perfectly stable during stitching.

There is a one-time setup cost to create the DST file, so we recommend a minimum order of 5 units to make embroidery most cost-effective. Once your DST file is created, it’s yours to keep — any future orders using the same design won’t incur this setup fee again.
