Garment Printing

Buccaneer Group is always striving to stay at the forefront of the constantly evolving garment printing technology, offering the end consumer improved quality, clarity, flexibility and durability of print.

We now have four main techniques to print your garments without compromise, using the best and most cost effective technique for the required situation: complex or simple prints, single or full colour, single or several thousand quantities.

Direct To Film (DTF) Printing

A direct to film (DTF) printer allows you to print a highly detailed and or complex design onto a piece of film, then transfer it directly to the fabric in a simple and efficient way using an industrial heat press, similar to Vinyl and Digital Transfer Printing.

Digital Transfer Vinyl Printing

Is a process that enables near photographic reproduction of images in full colour onto single digitally printed transfers, which can then be applied with our industrial Heat Presses. It allows brilliant, vibrant, full-colour images and logos of any size, digital transfers are our most popular print methods for situations where a high-impact design is required.

Vinyl Printing

Also known as CAD Cut Vinyl Printing as it’s also known, is very similar to Digital Transfer Vinyl Printing, except it is only suitable for designs which consist of one or two colours, predominantly used in sportswear for lettering on products, such as initials, numbers, club names and single colour sponsor prints.

Screen Printing

Screen Printing is the process of pressing ink through a stencilled mesh screen to create a printed design. It’s a popular technique used in a whole range of different industries, so even if you’ve never heard of the term before today, it’s likely that you’ve worn or used a screen-printed product at some point without even realising. The process is sometimes called serigraphy or silk screen printing, but all of these names refer to the same basic method.
