We understand it can often be difficult in making sure that a garment is the exact size and colour you require prior to purchase which is why we offer the option for you to first pick up a sample. This allows you and then end-wearers to first make sure the garment is a comfortable fit and the colour your expected prior to any customisation taking place.
If a garment is first printed or embroidered with your logo and you then find the size or colour isn’t to your liking, this garment will be ineligible for a refund. Once you have purchased a sample, you can either return it to us for a full refund (as long as it’s within 28 days from point of purchase) or have the garment returned for personalisation and used as part of a larger order.

If you are local to our Northwich showroom you can also stop by and get sizing advice and in many instances see sample products and sizes that we have available. In the case of all Northwich Schoolwear standard primary school products we have full in store sizing samples that can be tried on prior to purchase. For many BSW products in particular Custom Kit items, again we have in store sizing samples and also sizing sets that can be borrowed on deposit to ensure correct strip and or teamwear sizes are ordered.
